3.1 Buyers: As a buyer, you agree to provide accurate shipping information, complete payments promptly using USDT TRC-20, and communicate respectfully with sellers.

3.2 Cryptocurrency Transactions: You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Always verify wallet addresses before sending payments. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

3.3 Order Disputes: Any disputes regarding orders must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We will mediate fairly between buyers and sellers.

4.1 Product Listings: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. Misleading information is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Order Fulfillment: Sellers agree to process orders within 2 business days and ship products within the timeframe specified in the product listing.

4.3 Quality Standards: All products must meet the quality and condition described in the listing. Counterfeit or prohibited items are not allowed.

4.4 Communication: Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours and maintain professional communication at all times.

5.1 Payment Method: All transactions on this platform are conducted using USDT (Tether) on the TRON blockchain (TRC-20 network). No other payment methods are currently accepted.

5.2 Transaction Verification: Payments are verified on the TRON blockchain. Confirmation typically takes 1-5 minutes. Orders are processed only after blockchain confirmation.

5.3 Network Fees: Buyers are responsible for blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with USDT transactions. These fees are paid directly to the TRON network, not to us.

5.4 Wrong Network Warning: Sending USDT via incorrect networks (ERC-20, BEP-20, etc.) will result in permanent loss of funds. Always verify you are using TRC-20 network.

6.1 Return Window: Buyers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

6.2 Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed in USDT to the buyer's provided TRC-20 wallet address within 5-10 business days after the seller receives the returned item.

6.3 Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including digital products, personalized items, and products marked as "final sale."

6.4 Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8.1 Platform Role: Amazon Arab Marketplace acts as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users.

8.2 Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to complete sales.

8.3 Cryptocurrency Risks: You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions involve inherent risks including price volatility and irreversible transactions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from cryptocurrency market fluctuations or transaction errors.

8.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.1 Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform.

9.2 Notification: We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
